The unlimited demands made on the NHS are resulting in unacceptable rationing and a shortage of illness treatment services. Patient charges should apply to ALL areas of primary healthcare and NOT be restricted to dental/optical services and NHS Prescriptions alone. As a general rule people spend their money more wisely than governments and private sector healthcare funding should be encouraged with Standard Rate Tax Relief for Pensioners together with Health Insurance Premium relief for all.
